On 13th October, 2015, the Directorate for Standards, Metrology and Quality (STAMEQ) signed the decision of custody transfer approval to NK Engineering Co., Ltd. for Endress+Hauser’s automatic level measurement (tank gauging system) such as Proservo NMS5 (accuracy +-0.7 mm), radar for stilling well application FMR532(accuracy +-1 mm) and radar for free-space application FMR540 accuracy +-1 mm).
Level measuring instruments are used in most industries and specially in oil & gas terminal systems to calculate the inventory. Endress+Hauser has a full solution for a terminal management system, including level instruments incorporating with multi-point temperature, tank side monitor installed at the tank bottom and software for calculation and monitor in the control room to calculate the value of inventory at high accuracy and certified custody transfer approval.
In Vietnam, in order to apply provisions of measurement in the commercial delivery with the tank data, measuring devices are verified. To put devices into test initially, you need a certified pattern custody transfer approval by STAMEQ in Vietnam.
